Epylon eProcurement also features eQuote which enables you to electronically send requests for quotations to thousands of local and national vendors in the Epylon Supplier Marketplace. eQuote is used for sourcing products and services below the formal bid limit or for supporting price checks from contracted vendors on products with fluctuating prices.

Epylon eProcurement also includes contract management services which ensure that your organization has access to its contracts and catalogs in an accurate, organized and easily searchable format.

Epylon eProcurement is available through a subscription model. Annual subscriptions are available on a fiscal year basis. Rates are determined by enrollment, average daily attendance and general fund budget.
